I am in need of an unusual size, can you make this for me?
Yes we can, as long as you supply us with the exact measurements we can make it any size you like.

My bridle has a dividing headpiece, can you supply this?
Yes we can, again let us know the measurements and you’re good to go!
 

I made a design for a browband can you make this?
No, 99% chance we can not make it. We work with our own materials that are already adjusted to be used for a our regular stock. Adjustments are usually not possible.
 

How long till I receive the browband?
It usually takes us 4 to 5 days to make the brow band, depending on where you live it should be there within 7 days. If you live outside of Europe it can take a few more days, it all depends on location. We start making the browbands after we’ve received your payment.

Do you have browbands ready for immediate shipment?
Yes, a handful. So the choice is limited but if you’re in a hurry we just might have one that you like.

I ordered a browband but I don’t like it, can I send it back?
No you can’t. Since we make all the browbands by hand and to your special wishes it’s impossible for us to resell it to someone else. So be sure of your choice before purchasing.

My browband is damaged, can you fix it?
Yes we usually can, a lot depends on what happened, if you just lost a crystal stone sometimes it’s better just to send you a few stones so you can fix it yourself. It all depends on how bad the damage is. We charge roughly between €5,- and €10,- for fixing the browbands, it also depends of course if it broke by accidental force etc. Sometimes it’s cheaper to go to your local shoemaker than sending the browband back to The Netherlands.

I bought a browband from you, can my picture be placed on the website?
Yes it can, we love receiving pictures from customers! Send it to us by e-mail and don’t worry about the size, the bigger the better!

Do you make everything by hand?
Yes we do, all our browbands are hand made!

What kind of leather do you use?
We use first class quality harness leather.

Is there a different colour than black available?
Sometimes there is, we’re still working on getting a regular brown stock but there’s so many different colours brown that your best chance is to contact us and inquire if we’ve the colour brown you’re looking for!
